I am the User Experience Librarian at Darien Library in Connecticut. Nothing wrong with a little white space, in face I recommend it for a site with so much data everywhere. Give us a visual break and cleans up the header space. In fact, I would move ‘inspire change’ tot he left against the logo, down a little to be on the same line as ‘greensboro’
