Ingredients:

  • As many boneless chicken breasts are you want to cook.
  • Lemon pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Butter
  • Onion powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut chicken breasts in the desired sizes. I cut mine in half here.
  3. Slice open pockets on the inside of the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a foil covered pan.
  5. Sprinkle lemon pepper, onion powder, half a thin slice of butter, and stuff the cheeses inside the chicken breasts. Sprinkle rosemary on top.
  6. If desired, repeat step five for the top of the chicken breasts.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serve with pasta (Parmesan cheese + olive oil or butter for toppings).

The original idea came from Shiver but I modified it by adding the butter and onion powder. Other spices and herbs can be added to taste. There are no exact amounts here because it is all a matter of taste for you and your family.
