Recipe: Lemon Pepper Cheese-Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:
- As many boneless chicken breasts are you want to cook.
- Lemon pepper
- Rosemary
- Butter
- Onion powder
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut chicken breasts in the desired sizes. I cut mine in half here.
- Slice open pockets on the inside of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts on a foil covered pan.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper, onion powder, half a thin slice of butter, and stuff the cheeses inside the chicken breasts. Sprinkle rosemary on top.
- If desired, repeat step five for the top of the chicken breasts.
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serve with pasta (Parmesan cheese + olive oil or butter for toppings).
The original idea came from Shiver but I modified it by adding the butter and onion powder. Other spices and herbs can be added to taste. There are no exact amounts here because it is all a matter of taste for you and your family.
