Beginning WordPress.com Lesson One from Amanda Goodman on Vimeo.
This video took me about 4 hours to edit together only 35 minutes of footage! I’m hoping in the future I’ll be able to work much faster and get the video editing done in an hour.
I choose Vimeo to host my video because of its length. Youtube’s current limit is 15 minutes. I did not wish to split this video into three sections. The downside is that my video was then put into a queue and not processed for 2.5 hours. However, I think the results look quite elegant. Vimeo also gives viewers the option to download the video as well.
I’m already thinking ahead of what the next video will be about. Maybe embedding videos, uploading photos, etc.? I wonder if I can put some custom CSS in individual pages…
