Spicy Chicken Penne



Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Chopped up boneless chicken breast
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Whatever extra spices you like
  • Penne noodles
  • 4 tbs Spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tbs Chopped garlic cloves
  • Olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a pot, boil water for your penne noodles. When it begins to boil, add your noodles in and leave boiling for 6-8 minutes. Check for tenderness of the noodles.
  2. In a pan, melt 2-3 tbs of butter.
  3. Salt and pepper your cut-up chicken breast pieces as well as add any other spices you might enjoy.
  4. Brown the chicken in the pan till both sides are lightly golden. Cut one open to make sure it’s no longer pink.
  5. Add the garlic and the spaghetti sauce.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add a dash of olive oil.
  8. Drain the noodles and serve in bowls. Add the spicy chicken on top.
